Court Ordered Services
Guardianship:
In accordance with New Mexico law, our agency offers guardianship services to individuals who have been declared incapacitated, incompetent or legally disabled, and have need of oversight to make sound decisions about medical care, living arrangements, and release of information. Plenary and Limited Guardianship are available based on the needs of the individual as determined by the Court.
Conservatorship:
In accordance with New Mexico law. our agency offers conservatorship services to individuals who have been declared incapacitated, incompetent or legally disabled, and have need of oversight to make sound decisions regarding financial matters, contracting for services or sale of property/assets, and payment of both recurring and non-recurring financial obligations. All conservatorship services are delivered in accordance with the estate plan of the protected person and the rulings of the Court.
Court Visitor:
In accordance with New Mexico law, our agency offers court visitor services to law firms, individuals, and state agencies who are involved in proceedings for guardianship and/or conservatorship. All court visitor services are delivered in accordance with the New Mexico Probate Statutes. Detailed reporting is submitted to the Court to assure that the information necessary is available to make a ruling that will best serve the needs of the alleged incapacitated individual.
