Fee Structure

Private Pay:

Necessity Case Management & Consultation. LLC is primarily a private pay agency that utilizes a sliding scale based on client’s assets. Competitively priced, the staff at Necessity takes great pride in the detail and hands on work we do with each client whom we serve. In general, rates are as follows:

Client Assets Hourly Rate
$0 to $150,000 $60 per hour
$150,001 to $300,000 $70 per hour
$300,001 to $500,000 $85 per hour
$500,001 and above $100 per hour

In addition to these fees, a rate of $0.485 per mile as travel reimbursement is added monthly. Please note that these rates do not include New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax, at the current taxable rate for BernaIillo County.

Contract Work:

Necessity Case Management and Consultation. LLC is a contracted provider of guardianship services for the Developmental Disabilities Council’s State Office of Guardianship. Eligibility is based on an adjudicated incapacitated person having income that does not exceed 225% of the federally established poverty level, and if countable resources do not exceed $2,000.00. Burial accounts up to $1,540.00 are not included in countable resources.

In addition, in order to qualify for this program the individual must be a New Mexico resident who is over eighteen (18) years old with a primary diagnosis of a mental defect due to a disease process or congenital defect (for example: a developmental disability, traumatic brain injury, behavior health disorder, dementia or other related conditions) that affects the adjudicated incapacitated person’s ability and capacity to care for him/herself.

Trainings, Facilitation and Presentations:

Necessity Case Management & Consultation, LLC utilizes an hourly rate for all trainings. facilitations, and presentations. On average, the fee for this service is $100.00 per hour. However, in instances when work is being done with non-profit organizations, or if an employer or company has a special need for long-term services, arrangements can be made for an alternative fee structure. This is done on a case-by-case basis.
