Erin Ruscetti
 
Erin M. Ruscetti, BA, RG:
Erin is the Managing Member of Necessity Case Management and Consultation, LLC. Erin has over 18 years of healthcare experience in Albuquerque and the surrounding communities. Erin is a member of the National Guardianship Association, the NM Guardianship Association, the NM Guardianship Foundation and the NM Association for Continuity of Care. She has acted in the capacity of guardian. conservator and court visitor. Erin has also worked extensively, in long term care and the HI V/AIDS community, doing case management, oversight of an assisted living facility, program development and teaching and training.
 
Sara Kindlay
 
Sara Kindlay, Case Manager:
Sara is a recent graduate of the University of New Mexico Family Studies Program. With a background in nursing and radiology, she has the ability to assist clients with all of their medical and psychosocial needs. Sara has also done work at the UNM Child Development Center and plans to continue her studies to eventually become a mental health therapist.

Melissa Sanchez, Client Services Assistant:
Melissa comes to NCMC with lots of experience in care giving and management. She currently is working on her Geriatric Certification and spends most of her time working with our State of New Mexico contract clients and representative payee services. Melissa is a wife and mom of two in her spare time and has been an invaluable asset to the clients and staff of Necessity Case Management & Consultation, LLC.

Karen Walker, Bookkeeper:
Karen is a transplant to New Mexico from a small community in Idaho. She has worked in both the healthcare and hospitality industry for a number of years and brings a vast knowledge of financial services to our growing business. Karen also is a wife and mom who tries to balance work and family while keeping several businesses thoughout the city going strong.
